When we play rugby we practice first then we get on the field I'm a prop or a center.We were vs ed littleton the name is weired because they are really big but NOT FIT so we just made them tied we won 40 TO 15 we won easy I got player of the day.

John Key coming to Christchurch

On the day of the terrible earthquake our Prime minister John Key came to Christchurch to check on the people. But he couldn't land his copter. After about 4 hours he landed!!!!! then he checked on the council and Bob parker the mayor of Christchurch. which was a good thing to do since there friends.

the green stone

A stone with a hole in it A sort of bright green coloured jewel in my leather jacket pocket I wonder what this is I said so I crept it in there and then I found A big eye so I looked in to it and I sore my toes with a french fry on them with A butter fly as well this is weird I thought. When I got back to my flat I asked my friend Lucy "do you know what this is"? and she said "no I don't". I studied it for a moment and then I got in my car and drove to the museum. When I got there there was a huge line so I thought to myself I'm not going in there. Lucy HAD to come with me and she said" we have to go in it's the only way we can find out what type of stone this is" she insisted and she kept on pleading me until I said yes. We finally got in to the museum then we went straight to someone at the counter. They said it was a lime hole jeam and you are very lucky to find this so the adventure begain. THE END!

Hannah wo holiday

In the holiday I went to America I went with my mum and dad and my sister.

We went to San Fransisco and we biked the Golden Gate Bridge it was windy and cold!


And we saw the hollywood sign and Simon Cowell's house and Michel Jackson house! A guy who had gleaming white teeth!!!

Dogs!!!

Okay, dogs are very demanding and at the same time extremely cute with those puppy dog eyes. Sometime my spaniel begs so hardly then I just can't resist but to give him a tiny bit of food, I can say honestly that I do that way to much but of course he never gets tired of it! whenever my dog sees a shoe he leaps onto it, that doesn't include the times when I'm waring shoes though. He also
can fetch the paper when there is one however there was one time when he saw the neighbours paper which caused him to completely ignore our one and rush over to the neighbours to get that one!

jamie and wills weekend

In the weekend I went to wills house from 10:00 o'clock to 4:00 o'clock.We played adventure quest and dragon fable on the computer.And we watch Smack down! it was awesome.And we ate Mince pie its was yummy.Jamie brang water bombs and we bombed Monty's house. We played truth or dear.And we played basket ball it was really fun

The Incredible Things that Happened to me

You wouldn't believe what I saw out the window... I saw a magician digging its self a hole. Now what did I see, oh yes I saw a kitten being dragged along by a butterfly. Next was a bulldozer taking down the house. Now there is a squirrel eating a mouse. Dad's beautiful tulips drooping down low, while the elephants towed and towed, oh no. There was a giraffe paddling in the paddling pool next door. You wouldn't believe what I saw, I saw a baby eating leaves like a dinosaur. I was so afraid I called my mum but, when she came she was a squished bun. I was alone so I reached for the phone but the crocodile had already stood on it.

Mr.Coco

Last term Mr.Coco came to Fendalton School. Mr.Coco came to are class before lunch he was really funny he talked about what is the best place to catch ells in a river and much more.

A piggens mistake

Have you ever meet a piggen? Oh wait do you even know what a piggen is? well then you just have to find out. A piggen is a little creature that eats lollipops for a living. They will eat so many lollipops a day you can't keep track of how many they eat. If you are to meet one do not under any reasons shake its hand you will get stuck trust me it isn't pleasant you may aswell stick to the little guy for the rest of your life.so just to warn you small sticky little men do not touch!

The most horrible story!!!

Once my sister told me a bedtime story and all of this happened. I woke up in the middle of the night and there looked like a ghost was in the room, monsters in the window and a giant in the cupboard.I SCREAMED!Aaaaaa!My sister turned the light on. She said "Whats the matter sis?" she asked as she turned the light on."There's a ghost in the room"I said"no there's not, don't be silly"yes there is"no there's not"yes"no"yes"no"BE QUIET" our mum boomed. So we slept for the rest of the night and we never talked for the rest of the night.

SNOWY DAYS

In a big snow I would go sking down the street and bet the word chamion in a sking race.Later I went ice skating down the lake and jumped into the air did a triple flip and came down perfectly.Before dinner I built a snow man fifty feet tall,but after all that work it's nice to snuggle down drink hot chocolate watch movies and go to sleep.

Since alive

One Wednesday we went to since alive, when we got there we went in to this class room and we did activates and my favourite activate was what you cant live with out. That was pretty easy and we went in to this room and learnt about the sun. We had morning tea and then we looked at different planets and then we had lunch we went in the play area and me and some other people went on the big slide. We went in a dome and looked at the stars and materiki and then we came out of the dome and then we went back to school what a day.

Elgregoe`s vist to fendalton school

On Wednesday the 16th of June Elgregoe visted fendalton school and did lots of cool tricks. My favriot trick was the one when he got a big bit of cloth and keeped pulling layers off. When he pulles off one (say the next bit of cloth was green) a green bird will come out of the bit of cloth he pulled off.

miles coco visit

The middle team had a visit from miles coco. As we all know miles has been coming to
are school for ages. Hes funny and in so many ways hes are Friend, miles sings,jokes and helps us
learn. I really enjoyed having him here he looked like he liked being here to.

we went to science Alive it was really fun I really enjoyed going in the dome and seeing all the stars. lots of people loved the inter active area I think that we should of had way more time in the inter active area because I did not see everything.

Yesterday we made ANZAC biscuits. first we read the recipe then we meted the butter while the butter was melted we put cold stuff together then poured in the butter put them in the oven when they were ready we ate them they were yummy!

On Thursday last week we had a culture dance and we got to perform our dance to the parents.We split into different classes and the teacher in that class would show you how to do a dance.

Art with Wendy Duggan

This week we had artist - Wendy Duggan in our school helping us to learn more about sketching techniques. Our class sketched the portrait of All Black Ma'a Nonu. It was amazing how, with some careful guidence, how we could all become such wonderful artists. The rest of the classes art is just as stunning and hanging up in Team 20 for you to come in and enjoy.

Year 4 Camp - Living Springs

Team 20, Room 16 and 19 had a most wonderful time at Living Springs for our Year 4 camp this year. We were very well looked after by the staff there and thoroughly enjoyed the flying fox, monorail, bush initiatives and not mention the great walk in. One of our best highlights was the camp concert we had by the fire. Some of our class mates shared some very funny items with us, and then we roasted marshmellows by the fire. A big thank you to all of the parents that came along to help in our camp. It was very cool!!!!
